MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: The Petition is GRANTED. Respondents shall treat Petitioner as detained. As soon as practicable, but no later than seven (7) days from the date of this Order, Respondents shall provide Petitioner with an individualized bond hear ing in accordance with 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) before an immigration judge, who shall assess whether Petitioner presents a flight risk or a danger to the community. Within three (3) days of that bond hearing, Respondents shall file a written notice of the outcome of the proceeding with the Court. The Clerk of Court shall close this case.
