ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE- deeming the petition as FILED;On or before November 16, 2026, respondents shall show causewhy the petition should not be granted and release should not be ordered;The response shall address all factual averments in Patel's petition, including the alleged circumstances of the warrantless arrest;Thus, to the extent that officers of Immigration and Customs Enforcement were equipped with body cameras, DHS/ICE shall turn over all footage of the arrest to the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania for preparation of the response;Respondents shall file a copy of the bodycam footage with the Clerk of Court as an exhibit to the response, serve a copy on counsel for the petitioner, and provide a courtesy copy to Chambers for disposition of the petition; The response shall also include petitioner's full alien file (A-file) from dHS.
