ORDER directing Turdumatova' s counsel to immediately serve the petition on respondents. The Court directs the Clerk to issue any properly completed summonses. The Court also directs the Clerk to immediately transmit by email a copy of this Order and the petition to the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas. Respondents must show cause why the petition should not be granted, why the Court should not order Turdumatova's release, and why Turdumatova should not be provided a bond hearing. Responses due by 5:00 p.m. on 11/3/2026. Turdumatova's reply is due by 5:00 p.m. on November 6th. Turdumatova's custodian shall not remove her to another location while this matter is pending without first providing to the Court and Turdumatova's counsel notice 3 business days in advance.
