SHOW CAUSE ORDER by Judge Greg N. Stivers on 10/27/2026. On or before November 11, 2026, Petitioners must amend the Petition to comply with 28 U.S.C. § 2242 and provide the name of of the person who has custody over him.... 28 U.S.C. § 2242.
