ORDER signed by District Judge Dena M. Coggins on 11/2/2026 GRANTING 1 Petition for writ of habeas corpus and GRANTING 2 Motion for TRO. Petitioner Jesus Mejia Huerta (A- 244-012-162) shall be released immediately from Respondents' cust ody with the same conditions he was subject to immediately prior to his detention in July 2026. Respondents shall RETURN all of Petitioner's documents and possessions (e.g., identification, passport, work permit, Social Security card, etc.) upon his release from custody.
