The Court entered a Temporary Restraining Order (Doc. No. 5 ) based on the ver ified Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and the exhibits. By agreement of the parties, the Court will drop all Defendants besides Christopher Bullock, as they are not necessary to the suit. ORDER: The parties' Joint Motion to Extend Deadline for Detention Hearing and to Facilitate Petitioner's Return to Tennessee. The motion 16 is GRANTED, as follows: 1. Respondent shall return Petitioner to the Western District of Tennessee no later than November 5, 2026. If Petitioner is not returned, Respondent shall notify the Court immediately. 2. The deadline in paragraph 4 of the Court's November 2, 2026 Memorandum Opinion and Order (Doc. No. 14 ) is extended.
