TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Respondents' October 19, 2026 letter (ECF No. 7 ), advising that Petitioner received an individualized bond hearing before an immigration judge on October 14, 2026, and that the immigration judge denied bond upon finding that Petitioner had not met his burden of establishing that he is not a flight risk. Because Petitioner has received the individualized bond hearing sought in his Petition (see ECF No. 1 ), no further relief is presently warranted in this habeas proceeding. Accordingly, this matter is CLOSED. Nothing in this Order shall be construed to limit Petitioner's ability to pursue any relief otherwise available to him through appropriate administrative or judicial proceedings.
