Respondents shall immediately release Petitioner Luis Armando Castellano Castellano (A# 245-123-754) ("Petitioner") from custody subject only to those conditions of release in place prior to Petitioners June 22, 2026 re-detention, if any. Respondents shall also immediately return any confiscated property and documents to Petitioner upon release.
