TEXT ORDER: This matter comes before the Court on Petitioner's letter (ECF No. 8) in which he concedes to Respondents' request for the transfer of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus (ECF No. 1, "Petition") to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and withdraws his opposition to the transfer (ECF No. 7). Petitioner was transferred from Delaney Hall Detention Facility in New Jersey to the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York on the same date as his Petition was filed with this Court. (ECF Nos. 6, 7.) Petitioner now requests that this Court approve Respondents' request to transfer the matter to New York so he may proceed with his Petition.
