TEXT ORDER: The Petitioner has filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus arguing that his continued detention by immigration officials is unlawful. ECF No. 1 . Petitioner has also filed a Motion to Enforce Hernandez-Lara Bond Standard arguing that the bond hearing held in immigration court on October 13, 2026 was legally deficient and violated due process. ECF No. 10-1. After reviewing the Petition and the Motion to Enforce, the Court GRANTS the Petition for Habeas Corpus and ORDERS the Government to release Petitioner TODAY (October 15, 2026). The Court will docket a written order detailing its decision on the Petition and Motion forthwith. The Court MODIFIES its Order, ECF No. 3, only to permit Petitioner's transfer to the Boston ICE Field Office, located in Burlington, Massachusetts, to effectuate his release.
