ORDER. The government has provided documentation in its 10 Addendum to its 5 Motion to Dismiss Petitioners Habeas Petition. ECF Nos.5, 10. In 11 Response, Petitioner's counsel reviewed the information and concluded that such materials show the current detention of Petitioner and removal process are legal. Because of that information, Counsel concludes that it is appropriate to dismiss the Petition.
