TEXT ORDER : This matter is before the Court on Respondents' letter, (D.E. No. 4 ("Letter")), filed pursuant to this Court's Self-Executing Order, (D.E. No. 2 ). According to Respondents, Petitioner is lawfully detained under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a), to the extent Petitioner disagrees with the September 24, 2026 decision of the immigration judge denying his request for a change in custody status, Petitioner can, and should, seek review from the Board of Immigration Appeals, his unlawful arrest theories do not provide a basis for habeas relief, and his detention has not become unlawfully prolonged.
