ORDER: This matter is before me on Petitioner Abraham's Motion to Clarify 7 . In my Order granting Petitioner's Writ of Habeas Corpus, I Ordered Petitioner Abraham's Petition be granted in full and for Respondents to "release Petitioner Alec Abraham from custody within 24 hours of this order, along with all his personal belongings." ECF No. 6 . Petitioner Abrahams resides in Lauderhill, Florida and that is where he was unlawfully arrested. I find that in order to place Petitioner Abrahams in a position he was in prior to this unlawful conduct, ordering the release to his primary residence is essential. This also is necessary to ensure justice and facilitate the orderly resolution to this matter. Therefore, I hereby ORDER (1) Respondents to facilitate Petitioner's transportation from the detention facility by notifying Petitioner's counsel when and where he can be collected, and by providing all necessary identity and travel documents to board a domestic flight to return to his primary address in Lauderhill, Florida; and (2) Respondents SHALL file a notice of compliance within two business days of Petitioner's release. This notice must specify: the date, the time, and the manner of departure (e.g., transport to a bus station, designated drop-off location, or other arrangements). Additionally, the notice must include a description or copies of all discharge and travel documents provided to Petitioner at the time of release, by Judge John L. Kane on 10/9/2026.
