ORDER DIRECTING RESPONDENTS TO SHOW CAUSE WHY THE PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS SHOULD NOT BE GRANTED AND RELEASE ORDER ENTERED, DIRECTING THE ENTRY OF APPEARANCE FOR RESPONDENTS, DIRECTING FURTHER PROCEEDINGS AND FILINGS, AND ADDRESSING OTHER REQUESTS FOR RELIEF.
