ELECTRONIC ORDER: The Court has reviewed the Petitioner Augustina Eyasuh Aja's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (the "Motion") [Doc. 2]. Petitioner's Motion seeks her release from physical custody and an order "preserving the status quo against a third-country removal without adequate notice and an opportunity to present a country-specific fear claim." Upon consideration of Petitioner's final order of removal and the limitations on the jurisdiction of this Court pursuant to 8 USC 1252(g), and on the showing made by Petitioner, the Court declines to enter an ex parte Temporary Restraining Order. Accordingly, the Motion is denied. The court directs the clerk of court to serve the respondents forthwith and refers the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus [Doc. 1] to the Magistrate Judge to issue an expedited briefing schedule and, thereafter, a report and recommendation on the merits of Petitioner's claims. Signed by Judge David C Joseph on 9/24/2026. (crt,Casebonne, D) (Entered: 09/24/2026)
