ORDER DIRECTING RESPONDENTS TO SHOW CAUSE, DIRECTING THE ENTRY OF APPEARANCE FOR RESPONDENTS, PROVIDING NOTICE OF SERVICE, DIRECTING FURTHER PROCEEDINGS AND FILINGS, AND ADDRESSING OTHER REQUESTS FOR RELIEF. ORDER ACCEPTING SHOW OF CAUSE. Respondents' 14 Response to Order to Show Cause states that the bond hearing scheduled for Petitioner was continued twice at the request of Petitioner to provide him the opportunity to obtain counsel prior to a bond hearing before an Immigration Judge.
