MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER Petitioner Ronaikel R.C.G.s Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus 1 is GRANTED IN PART. Respondents shall provide Petitioner with an individualized bond hearing within seven (7) days of the date of this Order. If Respondents do not provide Petitioner with an individualized bond hearing as required herein, Petitioner must be immediately released from detention. A proceeding in which bond is denied by the immigration judge for lack of jurisdiction does not satisfy Respondents' obligation to provide a bond hearing in compliance with this Order, and in such case, the Court will order release from custody.
