ORDER. Petitioner filed a motion for temporary restraining order seeking immediate release or an individualized bond hearing and to prevent his transfer outside of this Court's jurisdiction. Dkt. No. 4 . The motion is denied. Petitioner's petition remains pending. The Clerk is directed to change the caption to reflect that the Warden of the Eden Detention Center is the only proper respondent.
