ORDER: Petitioner is presently incarcerated in Groesbeck, Texas (Limestone County), which lies within the jurisdictional boundaries of the Western District of Texas, Waco Division. See 28 U.S.C. § 124(d)(2). Therefore, this Court lacks jurisdiction to entertain his habeas corpus petition and, as such, this Court is not the proper forum for this action. See Lee, 244 F.3d at 374-75. It is ORDERED that the habeas corpus petition, filed under 28 U.S.C. § 2241, is TRANSFERRED to the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Waco Division for further proceedings.
