TEXT ORDER: On September 16, 2026, Ms. Pedro-Pasqual filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. (Doc. 1 ). Ms. Pedro-Pasqual represents that she is subject to imminent transfer to Louisiana and has asked the Court to enjoin the respondents from transferring her outside this district. (Doc. 1, pp. 8, 54).
