On August 9, 2026, ICE agents detained Petitioner while he was preparing to board a domestic flight. Id. The Petition states Mr. Eremin did not receive notice nor a pre-detention hearing before he was seized and transported to the Adelanto ICE Detention Facility. Id. Mr. Eremin's health has deteriorated during his custody in Adelanto. Id. at 12. Respondents are ordered to file a response to the Application, which the Court construes as a request for a Preliminary Injunction, by September 23, 2026. The Court will hear oral argument on the Application on September 24, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. Respondents are ordered to ensure that Petitioner is physically present at that hearing.
