TEXT ORDER - The Court has reviewed Respondents' Letters advising of Petitioner's bond hearing which resulted in Petitioner's release from immigration detention under $7,500 bond. (ECF Nos. 3, 5.) Petitioner sought, among other relief, a bond hearing and an award of attorney's fees and costs pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act ("EAJA"), 28 U.S.C. § 2412. (ECF No. 1.) Petitioner's request for attorney's fees and costs pursuant to the EAJA is DENIED. In light of Petitioner's bond hearing resulting in release from custody and the disposition of the remaining relief sought, the Clerk of Court is directed to CLOSE this case.
