PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte. On September 11, 2026, Petitioner filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus challenging his detention ("Petition") (DE 1 ). Upon review of the Petition, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: (1) Respondents SHALL NOT transfer or otherwise move Petitioner from the Southern District of Florida until further order of the Court. (2) On or before September 16, 2026, Respondents shall file a memorandum of fact and law to show cause why this Petition should not be granted and shall file all necessary documents for the resolution of the Petition.(3) Petitioner shall file a Reply within seven (7) days of Respondents' Response.
