ORDER Petitioner's Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (Dkt. 1 ) is GRANTED IN PART, DENIED IN PART, and the Court ORDERS as follows: Respondent is ORDERED to provide Petitioner a bond hearing within seven days from the date of this order.
