TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Respondents' letter confirming that Petitioner was released from immigration custody on September 11, 2026. (ECF No. 5.) Petitioner sought, among other relief, immediate release from immigration detention and an award of attorney's fees and costs pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act ("EAJA"), 28 U.S.C. § 2412. (ECF No. 1 at 7.) Petitioner's request for attorney's fees and costs pursuant to the EAJA is DENIED.
