ORDER - On September 8, 2026, petitioner filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus (Doc. 1 ) alongside a motion seeking expedited handling of the petition (Doc. 2 ). D. Ariz. General Order 26-09 established scheduling procedures to address the influx of immigration habeas petitions this District has been experiencing. The order places each of these cases on an expedited track (Doc. 4-1 at 2-4), and petitioner's motion does not establish that more accelerated handling is appropriate.
