PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte. On September 3, 2026, Petitioner Lazaro Deyvis Bridon Perez's ("Petitioner") Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus ("Petition") (DE 1 ) was filed. Upon review of the Petition, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:1. Respondents SHALL NOT transfer or otherwise move Petitioner from his present place of detention in the Southern District of Florida until further order of the Court. 2. Within five days, Respondents shall file a memorandum of fact and law to show cause why this Petition should not be granted and shall file all necessary documents for the resolution of the Petition.3. Petitioner shall file a Reply within seven (7) days of Respondents' Response.
