TEXT ORDER: Pro se Petitioner Olga Maria Hidalgo Gamez brings this petition for a writ of habeas corpus (ECF No. 1) under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 alleging unlawful immigration detention. Petitioner did not pay the $5 filing fee for a habeas petition, nor has she submitted an application to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP"). Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Petitioner pay the required $5 filing fee pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1914(a) or submit an IFP application pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a) within fourteen (14) days of this Order.
