PAPERLESS ORDER denying as moot 7 Petitioner's Motion to Reopen and Restore Case to Active Docket and to Enforce Order to Show Cause ("Motion"). Petitioner's Motion, filed on August 13, 2026, contends that Petitioner "timely effectuated service of the Petition, the Court's Order to Show Cause, and the accompanying materials" upon Respondents but that they "have not complied with this order as of the date of the filing of this motion." Mot. at 2. It therefore requests that "the Court give effect to the Order's express purpose by restoring the matter to active status now that service has been completed and by directing Respondents to comply promptly with the outstanding Order to Show Cause." Mot. at 4. However, that same day, Respondents filed a Return to Writ of Habeas Corpus, to which Petitioner replied on August 14, 2026. See [ECF Nos. 8-9]. Accordingly, Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, [ECF No. 1], is fully ripe and under advisement.
