RELEASE ORDER by Magistrate Judge Michael B. Kaufman:For the foregoing reasons, the Court ORDERS that: (1) Judgment be entered GRANTING the Petition; (2) a writ of habeas corpus be issued requiring Petitioner Gui Lyus (A# 242-200-974) immediate release, subject to reasonable conditions, and prohibiting her re-detention absent notice and a hearing before a neutral decisionmaker at which the Government must show material changed circumstances warranting her detention; and (3) Respondents shall file a status report no later than three (3) days from the date of this Order confirming that Petitioner has been released from Respondents custody consistent with this order.
