ORDER GRANTING PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS. Respondents are ORDERED to provide Petitioner with an individualized bond hearing under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) by September 30, 2026 at which the IJ SHALL consider whether less restrictive alternati ves than detention could sufficiently mitigate Petitioner's flight risk in light of his prior compliance with the conditions of his release and his SIJS petition.
