ORDER GRANTING 11 PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS. Within ONE day of this Order, Respondents must release Petitioner Juventino Raul Contreras-Mejia from custody with reasonable conditions of supervision. Upon his release, Respondents mus t return to Petitioner any personal property, including any personal identification document (other than a passport) and any employment authorization document. Respondents shall file a status report by October 26, 2026, confirming that Petitioner Juventino Raul Contreras-Mejia has been released.
