MINUTE ORDER 10 The emergency motion to enforce temporary restraining order does not qualify for consideration as an ex parte motion under Rule 65(b)(1). There is no certification that counsel made efforts to provide notice of the present motion or the reasons why notice should not be required. (The certification provided only identifies that the parties were unable to resolve the need for immediate judicial relief.) In addition, the Court's August 26, 2026 order remains in effect. That order prohibits Respondents from removing Petitioner from the United States. Whether Respondents have complied with the August 26, 2026 order and whether the Court should grant additional relief related to the August 26, 2026 order SHALL be addressed with the assigned judge.
