MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) by Judge Otis D. Wright, II: Presently before the Court is Petitioner Yang Yang's Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order 2 . The Court finds that Yang does not demonstrate entitlement to a TRO. The Court finds that Yang fails to demonstrate "imminent, irreparable harm" that cannot be addressed by the already expedited briefing schedule in this case. Finally, although Respondents concede that Yang "appears to be entitled to request and receive an initial bond hearing," (Reply 2, Dkt. No. 11), Yang does not indicate that he has requested an initial bond hearing from Respondents, (see generally TRO). Nor does he request one in his TRO. (Id.) As he does not request a bond hearing in his TRO, the Court does not order one at this time. For these reasons, the Court DENIES Yang's TRO WITHOUT PREJUDICE. (Dkt. No. 2.) Pursuant to General Order Nos. 05-07 and 26-05, further proceedings on the merits o fthe Petition are REFERRED to the assigned Magistrate Judge for decision. (lc) Modified on 8/28/2026 (lc).
