ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: To preserve the Courts jurisdiction pending a ruling in this matter, Petitioner pro se shall not be removed from the United States and, absent further order of this Court, shall not be transferred except to a facility within this District, the Southern District of New York, or the District of New Jersey unless and until the petition is resolved. It is further ORDERED that Respondents show cause in writing on or beforeFriday August 28, 2026, why a writ of habeas corpus should not be issued. Respondents shall file and serve their response upon Petitioner pro se. Respondents shall include ALL documentation related to Petitioners August 11, 2026, arrest and detention, and any other documents related to Petitioners arrest, detention, or other immigration related matters or notices that may be relevant to this Petition.
