TEXT ORDER: The Court having considered the Government's response in this matter (ECF No. 6 ), and the Court finding that Petitioner's history of motor vehicle infractions which did not result in damage to persons or property is not a sufficient basis to affect Petitioner's entitlement to relief, the Government is ORDERED to release Petitioner in accordance with the Court's prior Order (ECF No. 3 ) within twenty-four hours. The Government shall file a letter on the docket informing the Court of Petitioner's release within twenty-four hours of its occurrence. Petitioner's motion seeking a temporary restraining order (ECF No. 2) is DENIED as moot in light of this Order, and the Clerk of the Court shall CLOSE this matter. So Ordered by Judge Zahid N.
