TEXT ORDER: In response to the petition for a writ of habeas corpus (DN 1 ), the Court directs the Respondents to show cause, no later than 9/2/26, why the writ should not be granted. See 28 U.S.C. § 2243. The Respondents should address the Petitioner's contention that his "removal [is] not significantly likely in the reasonably foreseeable future." Petition at 2, 4 (citing Zadvydas v. Davis, 533 U.S. 678 (2001)). Unless the parties file notice that they seek a hearing, the Court will presume that the petition presents no material factual disputes and decide it on the papers.
