MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER GRANTING PETITION AND ORDERING IMMEDIATE RELEASE by Magistrate Judge A. Joel Richlin. Based on the foregoing, the Court GRANTS the Petition as follows. Respondents shall immediately release Petitioner Jorge Leonardo Lopez Osorio (A# 241-891-343) ("Petitioner") from custody subject only to those conditions of release in place prior to his August 12, 2026 re-detention (if any) and return any confiscated property and documents upon release. Respondents shall not re-detain Petitioner pursuant to 8 U.S.C. section 1226 without providing at least seven (7) days' notice and a pre-deprivation bond hearing.
