MINUTE ORDER Granting in Part Petition. Pursuant to the Ninth Circuit's decision in Rodriguez Vazquez v. Bostock, No. 25-6842, --- F.4th --- (9th Cir. July 30, 2026), "Respondents do not oppose an order from this Court directing a bond hearing to be held pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a)." (See ECF No. 4 at 2.) Accordingly, the Court GRANTS IN PART the 1 Petition and ORDERS Respondents to provide Petitioner with an individualized bond hearing under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) within fourteen (14) days. Respondents SHALL NOT DENY Petitioner's bond on the basis that 8 U.S.C. § 1225(b)(2) requires mandatory detention.
