ORDER by Magistrate Judge Pedro V. Castillo: This cause comes before the Court on Petitioner's Ex Parte Application for a Temporary Restraining Order. (Dkt. No. 2 ). On August 20, 2026, the Court ordered Petitioner to identify any emergency or exigent circumstance that could not be adequately addressed by the Court's expedited briefing schedule on the Petition and therefore requires a TRO. (Dkt. No. 6 ). On August 21, 2026, Petitioner filed a response to the Court's Order, arguing that a TRO is necessary, despite the Court's expedited briefing schedule on the Petition. The OSC is hereby discharged. However, Petitioner hasn't identified any emergency or exigent circumstance that could not be adequately addressed by the Court's expedited briefing schedule. Therefore, the Ex Parte Application for a Temporary Restraining Order (Dkt. No. 2 ) is DENIED.
