** TEXT ONLY ORDER ** Petitioner Ziad Ghomeimy Ali Abdalla Ahmed, a non-citizen who previously has been granted Special Immigrant Juvenile ("SIJ") status, is currently detained by the Department of Homeland Security at the Douglas County Jail in Superior, Wisconsin. He seeks a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 to effect his release or, alternatively, to obtain a bond hearing under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a). Petitioner's request for expedited consideration is GRANTED. Because he is represented by counsel, petitioner is directed to submit summonses, which the clerk of court will issue upon receipt. Petitioner should then promptly serve respondents with the petition and this order. Within fourteen days after petitioner files his certificate of service, the federal respondents are ORDERED to show cause why the petition should not be granted.
