ORDERED that El Moubareck be promptly released from custody, with all his personal property, in order to appear at a bond hearing before an Immigration Judge. ORDERED that respondents provide El Moubareck with an individualized bond hearing before an Immigration Judge pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) within 14 days of the date of this Order.
