ORDER REGARDING CASE CLOSURE AND AUTHORIZING FURTHER FILINGS. Petitioner by counsel has filed a Notice 8 relative to the Court's Order at 7 . To be clear, counsel for Respondents did not request this action's closure on the docket, but such action was taken by the Court upon being notified by Respondents' counsel that the Petitioner had been removed from the United States, information received by Chambers as part of an administrative inquiry made by such counsel. It appears from the Notice at 8 that such removal has occured. Counsel for Petitioner is welcome to file any appropriate pleading or paper setting out any basis in law for any further relief in this Habeas Corpus proceeding, that is relief that is recognized by prevailing law. All counsel are invited to refrain from asserting that opposing counsel has engaged in evasive and underhanded behavior as is alleged in the Notice at 8, without firm evidence of such malicious/intentional unprofessional conduct.
