The Bluebonnet Detention Center is in Jones County, which is located within the Abilene Division of this district. So, this action will be immediately transferred to that division under Section 1406(a) and the undersigned's authority granted by Rule 2(a)(3) of the Court's Miscellaneous Order No. 6.
