MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Gloria M. Navarro on 9/3/2026. Before the Court is Petitioner's 15 First Amended Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. The Court has reviewed the Petition, as well as Respondents' 10 Notice, and preliminary finds that Petitioner may be entitled to habeas relief under the Immigration Nationality Act and the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Respondents must SHOW CAUSE for Petitioner's detention. See 28 U.S.C. § 2243.
