MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER GRANTING PETITION AND ORDERING IMMEDIATE RELEASE by Magistrate Judge A. Joel Richlin. Based on the foregoing, the Court GRANTS the Petition as follows. Respondents shall immediately release Petitioner Maycol J. Castillo Espinoza (A# 246-339-171) (Petitioner) from custody on his prior conditions of release (only those conditions in place prior to Petitioner's June 2, 2026 re- detention). Respondents shall also immediately return any confiscated property and documents to Petitioner upon release.
