ORDER granting 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. The Court GRANTS the petition for a writ of habeas corpus, Dkt. No. 1 , and orders as follows: (1) Respondents shall release Chen from custody within 24 hours under termsconsistent with S ection 1226(a) and return her personal property to her; (2) The parties shall file a Joint Status Report by 9/11/2026 confirming that Chen has been released; (3) Any fee petition should be filed within the deadlines set by the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412.
