ORDER GRANTING 1 PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS. Within 24 hours of this Order, Respondents must RELEASE Petitioner Enrique Castillo Rodriguez subject to the terms of his previous bond. Respondents shall file a status report confi rming Petitioner's release no later than September 5, 2026. Respondents must return to Petitioner any personal property, including any personal identification document (other than a passport) and any employment authorization document. Absent circumstances urgently requiring arrest or an administratively final order of removal, Respondents are ENJOINED from re-detaining or placing any electronic GPS monitoring device on Petitioner Enrique Castillo Rodriguez during the pendency of his removal proceedings absent written notice and a hearing before a neutral decisionmaker. Any fee petition should be filed within the deadlines set by the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412 and the parties are encouraged to confer before filing a petition. ORDER REQUIRING RELEASE. Respondents are ORDERED to RELEASE Petitioner Enrique Castillo Rodriguez no later than 6 PM on Monday, September 7, 2026. The Court finds that Respondents violated the previous release order by not accepting Petitioner's bond on Friday, September 4, 2026.
