TEXT ORDER: This matter comes before the Court upon Petitioner's Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (ECF No. 1) and Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order (ECF No. 2). Having reviewed the Petition (ECF No. 1) and Respondents' August 12, 2026 submission (ECF No. 5), Respondents have demonstrated that Petitioner is subject to a final order of expedited removal following the affirmance of the negative credible fear determination by an Immigration Judge on July 21, 2026. On the present record, Petitioner is detained pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1225(b)(1)(B)(iii)(IV) and has not established that her detention is unlawful or has become constitutionally unreasonable. (Id.) Accordingly, the Petition (ECF No. 1) is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to Petitioner's ability to reopen the matter should factual or legal circumstances materially change, the Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order (ECF No. 2) is DENIED as MOOT, and the Court's August 8, 2026 Order temporarily enjoining Petitioner's transfer (ECF No. 3) is VACATED.
