TEXT ORDER: The Court having considered petitioner's habeas petition (Petition) (ECF No. 1) and respondents' letter informing the Court of petitioner's criminal history. (ECF No. 15.) Respondents further concede that petitioner is being detained pursuant to 8 U.S.C. sec. 1226(a), (ECF No. 11), which entitles him to a bond hearing. Therefore, the Petition is GRANTED.
